Communication

Clear communication is essential to a successful season.

• Important announcements (weather, schedule changes, etc.) will be posted there

Our coaches and staff are volunteers. Please allow up to 24 hours for responses when reaching out.

Parent Expectations & Sideline Conduct

We ask all parents to help us create a positive and respectful environment.

• Support all players, coaches, and officials

• Allow coaches to coach — no sideline coaching

• Respect all game officials at all times

• Encourage effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship

Unsportsmanlike behavior or repeated violations may result in removal from the event or further action.

Player Commitment & Attendance

Football and cheer are team sports that require commitment.

• Regular attendance at practices and games is expected

• Missed practices can impact player development and team performance

• Coaches rely on consistent participation to ensure safety and preparation

We understand conflicts happen — communication with your coach is key.

Weather & Schedule Changes

Weather decisions are made with player safety as the top priority.

• Updates will be communicated through official team platforms

• Please do not assume cancellations unless announced

• Schedule changes may happen quickly due to weather conditions

We appreciate your flexibility and patience.

Registration Fees & Refund Policy

Registration fees help cover uniforms, equipment, insurance, league fees, and operational costs.

Due to these commitments, refunds are not guaranteed once the season begins.

Any special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the organization.

Player Safety & Medical Information

Player safety is our top priority.

• Please inform coaches of any medical conditions or concerns

• Athletes must be properly equipped for all practices and games

• Injuries should be reported immediately to coaching staff

Clear communication helps us keep all athletes safe.

VOLUNTEERING

Our program is built on the support of our families.

Parents may be asked to assist with:

• Concessions

Your involvement helps create a better experience for all athletes.
